The dream was small: bring good music to the people. Earth Bone started from the ashes of the Dirt Road Dogs with Jerry Rowan, Wayne Angel and Susan Boone. Earth Bone quickly proved to be a band of exceptional quality focusing on tight harmonies, excellent sound that does not deafen but enlightens the listener and leaves the audience feeling involved from the very first song.
Not falling into one main genre of music, Earth Bone is an Americana band that plays rock, blues, folk and country songs. Their style is unique and is evident in their own original songs and covers of popular tunes from the 60's thru now. Earth Bone has become a crowd favorite band at festivals and other venues in the Ozarks and surrounding areas.
The current lineup includes: Jerry Rowan (vocals, guitar, bass), Susan Boone-Rowan (vocals, harmonica), Dave Dore (vocals, keyboard, guitar), Donnie Lee (vocals, drums), Denise Dore (vocals, ukulele), and Wayne Angel (congas).
Earth Bone's originals are written by Jerry, Dave, Susan and Denise and each song reflects a bit of what makes this group so exceptional. Their first CD “Mother Tree” has become a favorite on various streaming sites in countries such as Australia, Germany and the UK as well as at home in the USA.
The band never stops writing and are currently working to produce a second album in the near future.
